Factions: Amber Reset

Greetings everyone, the newest season of Factions Amber is here!

Realm Information

The next Amber map will release on Saturday June 6th @ 3:00 PM EST/6:00 AM AEST/8:00 PM BST

• 20 day maps – 6 days of grace & 14 days of TNT
• 25 man factions
• 4 second cannons
• 25 Chunk Buffers
• Faction Shields last 12 hours
• 175 Power per player
• 30 Roster Size 2 kick per day, max of 4 at one time
• F Roster kick limits enabled on Monday @ 3:15AM EST
• Faction Shields are set on Friday @ 3:15AM EST
• Mining Spawner costs change from being free to costing 40% of their shop price on Friday @ 3:15AM EST
• TNT drop rates changed from Grace drop rates (50%) to Raiding drop rates (100%) on Friday @ 3:15AM EST
• Faction Shields are disabled from 12PM-5PM EST on Payout Days
• 8 grinding areas of 18 Silverfish Spawners in the Mycelium World (Reached & Exited via a End Portal)
• Account Sharing Restricted
• No Regens
• Sugarcane, Mycelium & Spawner Economy
• The ECO sheet can be found here
• Custom Enchants
• $2,000 F-Top - $1000 Paypal & $1,000 Buycraft
• 5 custom worlds along with the overworld with a border of 2500 x 2500 giving 24 corners – These can be reached with the warp names: End, Nether, Redworld, Greyworld & ClayWorld
• During grace, TNT & Creeper Eggs will be disabled
• During the first 30 minutes of the map, Faction Fly will be disabled

Faction-Top Payouts

As usual, the first 6 days of grace period will have no payout. Here are the prizes for the payout placings:

• First Place: $500 Paypal & $500 Buycraft
• Second Place: $300 PayPal & $300 Buycraft
• Third Place: $200 PayPal & $200 Buycraft
• Fourth Place: $100 Buycraft
• Fifth Place: $50 Buycraft

Note: FTOP will be paid out once per week that raiding is enabled. The amounts listed above are the total amounts we are giving away to the winners.

How do we get our payout if we win?

1. Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
2. Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

New Content

Account Sharing

To ensure Amber no longer gets spoiled by players who are account sharing, we will be limiting the amount of IPs that can be connected to an account. Your Minecraft account can only be connected via 1 IP within the last 24 hours. Please make a support ticket in our Official Discord if you have circumstances requiring an exception to this rule. We will also be limiting players playing on commercial VPNs. These players will have significant limitations, like faction alts, if they log onto Amber.

Additional Changes

• When Zombie Pigman, Enderman & Iron Golems are killed, you will be guaranteed 1 of their respective drops every time
• Sugarcane sell price will be decreased to $10 per sugarcane.
• Nether star sell price will be decreased to $3,000 per nether star.
• Nether star drop multipliers from Outpost & the Fish Sword will no longer stack.
• Due to the ECO Changes above, we will be nerfing the Raid Event Rewards slightly. You will now receive 1 Silverfish, 32 Iron Golems, 24 Creepers & 64 Blaze Spawners
• Due to the ECO Changes above, The Spawner Crate will be slightly nerfed
• Due to the ECO Changes above, Creeper drop rates will be changed. During Raiding/TNT, there will be a 50% chance that 1 piece of TNT will drop from a Creeper and during Grace there will be a 100% chance.
• The first 1,600 blocks in all directions of the Overworld will be filled with caves & ores underground
• Faction Points given out to the Top 3 factions at the end of the map will be given out to the entire Faction Roster
• When you claim Faction land, you will no longer be spammed with 10s of claim messages but instead the information will be provided in 1 message
• We will be adding an Essence Shop for those that carry on grinding sugarcane after they have maxed their Harvester Hoe. Some of the items that can be bought are: Keys, Monthly Crates, Armor, Tools & many more items!
• We will be adding the McMMo Statistics in /Stats which will show the players with the top McMMo levels in each category as well as the players with the highest total McMMo levels
• Similar to player leaderboards, we will be adding Faction Leaderboards! Within this will include everything we currently have in Player Stats but changed to the Faction Total using the players in the Faction Roster & the addition of Raid Event Wins
• Woodcutting rewards will be buffed.
• You will now be able to see multiple pages of the Player & Faction Leaderboards
• We will be adding Combat Loggers! If you log out while in combat, instead of losing your items, a Combat Logger will appear for a short period of time where you logged out. If this Combat Logger is killed, then it is like you got killed! If you log back in before your Combat Logger expires or is killed, then you can carry on your PvPing experience like nothing happened.
  Note: If you log out while in the void of the Mycelium World, or in the air, your Combat Logger may not appear exactly where you logged off.
