Skyblock: Chaos Reset

Hey everyone, welcome to the Skyblock Chaos reset post.

The new map of Chaos will be released this Saturday October 31st @ 1:00 PM EST / 4:00 AM AEST / 5:00 PM BST

Along with the new spawn, we have spent some time reworking and re-balancing the Chaos economy. The new economy document can be found here:

Value Changes

For this season of Chaos we are implementing a new value system. This value can be purchased as virtual value but can also be obtained through a custom item known as Condensed Ore. You can obtain Condensed Ore by crafting it in a machine for 64 emerald and 64 diamond blocks. These blocks will only give value if you put them in an Infinity Chest.

The value of these blocks will be altered based on the value of the top island /is top. Value will also be cleared weekly.

Island Top Payouts

Skyblock Chaos has weekly Payouts for the top islands. Here's what you can expect to win:

1st: $200 Paypal
2nd: $90 Buycraft
3rd: $50 Buycraft
4th: $25 Buycraft
5th: $15 Buycraft

How do we get our payout if we win?

Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

Bi-Weekly Updates

As you may know already, we release bi-weekly content updates for Skyblock. This means that you won't have to wait for updates to be added just during the resets, instead you'll see new features added every 2 weeks!

Challenge Revamp

We revamped some aspects of the challenge systems we have on Skyblock, including more information for those who take part in challenges as well as new daily and weekly challenges for the /adventures world. We also introduced the brand new Omni-Tool - the tool that is all tools in one item!

Curses

Curses are random events given to any active online player (you won't be assigned a curse if you're AFK). Only 1 person can be cursed at any one time, and there will be an announcement in chat saying who the cursed person is and what type of curse they've been given.

Combat Revisited

For this content update we added a brand new Outpost map, introduced 6 new Mob Armors, added an awesome new Multi-shot Bow, and updated the knockback mechanics.
