Skyblock: Genesis Reset

Hey everyone, welcome to the Skyblock Genesis reset post!

The new map of Genesis will be released this Saturday 26th March @ 1:00 PM EDT / 4:00 AM AEST / 5:00 PM GMT

Island Top Payouts

Skyblock Genesis has weekly Payouts for the top islands. Here's what you can expect to win:

1st: $200 Paypal
2nd: $50 Paypal & $90 Buycraft
3rd: $25 Paypal & $50 Buycraft
4th: $25 Buycraft
5th: $15 Buycraft

How do we get our payout if we win?

Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

New Spawn

Let's jump right in! With the new reset comes an awesome new spawn!

Economy

Along with the new spawn, we have spent some time reworking and re-balancing the Genesis economy. The new economy document can be found here:

The Planets

Introducing the Planetary System! These 4 new planets will take the place of The Deep, and can be accessed via /planets. Each planet has its own custom ores and unique features, ready for you to explore!

Each planet has an abundance of mobs that players will need to fight, similar to how The Deep functioned, however, these mobs will have their own custom modeled weapons.

To advance to the next planet, players will need to complete the quests given to them by the Planet Merchant. You can also go to this same NPC to sell your custom ores. Custom Ores will also give Mobcoins when mined.

Terra Planet

Terra is an Earth themed planet that contains the following 2 custom ores:

Sharded Earth (drops branches with a chance to drop hardened stone)
Tin

You can gain access to a Custom Pickaxe called the Harvester of Terra. This is crafted using branches and hardened stone, and has a custom ability that grants the user haste 5, speed 2 effects.

Demeter

Demeter is an Ice themed planet that contains the following 3 custom ores:

Sharded Ice (drops icicles with a chance to drop ice crystals)
Tin
Sapphire

You can gain access to a Custom Pickaxe called the Sickle of Demeter. This is crafted using icicles and ice crystals, and has a custom ability that instantly breaks a vein of ores.

Vulcan

Vulcan is a Lava themed planet that contains the following 4 custom ores:

Sharded Magma (drops Magma Gems with a chance to drop magma crystals)
Tin
Sapphire
Bloodstone

You can gain access to a Custom Pickaxe called the Hammer of Vulcan. This is crafted using Magma Gems and magma crystals, and has a custom ability that has a chance to double the number of ores dropped.

Minerva

Minerva is a Light themed planet that contains the following 5 custom ores:

Sharded Light (drops light crystals with a chance to drop light orbs)
Tin
Sapphire
Bloodstone
Topaz

You can gain access to a Custom Pickaxe called the Pickaxe of Minerva. This is crafted using light crystals and light orbs, and has a custom ability that increases the chance of receiving a rare drop.
