Skyblock Horizon: Seasonal Realm

It's that time again, re-introducing the seasonal realm - Skyblock Horizon! Special maps will be hosted on this realm every 4-6 months, or when there is a seasonal event during the year. This new realm will be highly active, with short maps, small teams, and high payouts.

The usual Paypal payout rules won't affect this seasonal map, meaning if you are winning payouts on any other realm on The Archon, you can still compete for payouts on the Horizon realm.

The Horizon realm will be released this Saturday 18th June @ 1:00 PM EDT / 4:00 AM AEST / 6:00 PM BST.

Map Details & Payouts

This map will be short and intense, take a look at what you can expect to see on Horizon during this season:

• 5 Man Islands
• 2 Week Map
• Payouts at the end of both weeks - $1700 total map payout

1st: $600 Paypal ($1200 total for both weeks)
2nd: $200 Paypal ($400 total for both weeks)
3rd: $50 Paypal ($100 total for both weeks)

How do we get our payout if we win?

1. Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
2. Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

Temporary Ranks

On the Horizon Realm, ranks that are purchased will only last the duration of the season. This means that the ranks you purchased last season will not carry over/be transferred to this season.

As with all Skyblock ranks, each rank will have a certain set of perks and permissions, and the higher the rank the better the perks! However, there will only be 4 ranks that you can purchase, which differs from the usual 7 ranks. The rank names will be Navigator, Pioneer, Explorer, and Adventurer! You will be able to purchase them from the server store.

New Map

The weather is warmer and the plants are growing to be luscious and tall. The air is sweet, and the sun is hot - all of this combines into the perfect conditions to conquer the realm and be victorious in!

Economy

Here's a first look at the updated economy for this special summer map of Horizon! There have been a few changes since the last season, so be sure to get up to date before the map begins:

• Iron golems are purchasable from the permanent Mobshop at 30k.
• Fishing stats and numbers are the same as Origins.
• Endermites give 3 Mobcoins per kill without festival buffs.
• Woodcutting challenges will be considerably harder to complete.

Tournaments

Horizon is a special map, where features that are on our other Skyblock realms are also on Horizon - but with a twist! Tournaments will still take place during the season, however, they'll happen every day!

This means that all income and Mobcoins that are earned throughout a 24 hour period are tracked, and the players with the highest amounts at the end of each day will be rewarded. You can look forward to getting daily rewards such as crate keys and exclusive titles if you grind hard enough!

Rotating Festivals

In addition to the Tournament system, Festivals will rotate every three hours between our primary trio of economies: Fishing, Woodcutting, and Mob Grinding. During each rotation, significant buffs will be applied to your income and MobCoins based on the desired economy.

There will be a message in chat when a new Festival begins, so keep your eyes open and be sure to grind the right thing!

Temporary Boosters

Introducing Mobcoin Boosters! When activated, these personal boosters will increase all MobCoin income that you receive from Mobs and other activities such as Fishing.

Island Roster

With our new island roster feature, you will be able to rotate teammates in and out of your island a limited number of times each day. After creating an island and inviting members, do the /roster command to bring up the menu. The roster size is 10, and you can rotate 2 members a day.
