Prison: Mining Duels

Hey everyone! This week's content update will be for the Prison Azkaban realm, and we are introducing the hype new Mining Duels as well as new duel maps and kits! Choose from 1 of 6 new Mining Duel modes and battle against your friends or enemies to see who the best miner really is!

Duel Mining Modes

If you want to create a Mining Duel you'll need to do /duel in-game, which will bring up a menu that allows you to select the duel mode, map and kit you want to use, as well as how much money you want to wager.

You'll be able to choose from 6 new mining related modes, each one with a unique objective, so you can challenge your friends in many different ways to see who the best Prison player really is!

Money Mode:
Earn the most money in the time given or be the first player to earn the maximum amount of money to win! Blocks will be automatically sold, so you don't have to worry about going back up to click on sell signs.

There is a progress bar and additional information that will show you how much money you've earned as well as how much time there is left.

Blocks Mode:
Mine the most blocks in the time provided or be the first player to mine the maximum amount of blocks to win!

Tokens Mode:
Be the player who earns the most tokens in a limited amount of time or be the first to hit the maximum amount of Tokens to win.

EXP Mode:
Similarly to the Token mode, win the duel by gaining the most EXP from mining in the limited time frame or be the first to hit the maximum amount of EXP.

Fragments Mode:
Like the Token and EXP modes, be the first to hit the maximum amount of Fragments gathered, or have the most Fragments gathered when the time is up to be the winner.

Sponge Mode:
There's a hidden sponge somewhere in the mine... and the first player to find it will win the duel!

New Duel Maps

Take a look at the 3 new Mining Duel maps that you can battle on:

The End

There's nothing that stands between you and your opponent when you're battling it out in the End. This is the smallest of the new maps, and is used in 1v1s.

Castle

What better place is there than a castle to fight against your opponents whilst alongside a trusted pal? This slightly larger map is used for 2v2s.

Candyland

Bring the whole squad and find out who's team is the sweetest on our new Candyland themed map. This is the largest map that can be used for Mining Duels, allowing for 4v4s.

New Duel Kits

When taking part in a Mining Duel, you can use 2 new kits, or you can choose to mine using your very own gear. All of this can be configured when you're setting up the duel using /duel.

Miner Kit

• Efficiency 200, Upgrader 1, TokenScan 3750, Speed 2000, Experience 3750, Fragment Hoarder 3750, Tunneler 3, Fortune 1000 diamond pickaxe
• 2 Atomic Warhead candies

Token Miner

• Efficiency 200, Token Scan 3750, Tunneler 1 diamond pickaxe
• Gold Elemental Pet Armor
• x2 token booster
• 2 Starburst candies
