Factions: Onyx Reset

Greetings everyone, the upcoming season of Factions Onyx is here!

Realm Information

The next Onyx map will release on Saturday November 19th @ 3:00 PM EST / 6:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM GMT.

The map will last 7 days which means there will only be 1 payout that will be issued at the end of the map on Saturday 26th November @ 5PM EST.

• 7-day map – 3 days of Grace & 4 days of TNT
• 10 man factions
• 2-second cannoning for bases (Including Raid Event & Raiding Outpost) and 3 second cannons elsewhere
• 15 Chunk Buffers
• Faction Shields last 18 hours
• 500 Power per player
• Unlimited Roster Size, unlimited kicks per day, max of unlimited at one time
• F Roster kick limits enabled on Sunday @ 3:00 AM EST
• Faction Shields are set on Tuesday @ 5:00 PM EST
• Mining Spawner costs change from being free to costing 60% of their shop price on Tuesday @ 3:00 AM EST
• TNT drop rates changed from Grace drop rates (50%) to Raiding drop rates (100%) on Tuesday @ 3:00 AM EST
• Faction Shields are disabled from 12 PM - 5 PM EST on Payout Days
• 5 grinding areas of 18 Silverfish Spawners in the Mycelium World (Reached & Exited via the End Portal)
• Account Sharing Allowed
• No Regens
• Mining, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mycelium, and Spawner Economy

• Limited Custom Enchants
• Bow Boosting Disabled
• $1,025 F-Top - $450 PayPal & $575 Buycraft
• 5 custom worlds along with the overworld with a border of 2500 x 2500 giving 24 corners – The End, The Nether, RedWorld, GreyWorld, and ClayWorld
• During grace, TNT & Creeper Eggs will be disabled
• During the first 30 minutes of the map, Faction Fly will be disabled

Faction-Top Payouts

As usual, the first 3 days of grace period will have no payout. Here are the prizes for the payout placings:

• First Place: $300 Paypal & $200 Buycraft
• Second Place: $100 PayPal & $150 Buycraft
• Third Place: $50 PayPal & $100 Buycraft
• Fourth Place: $75 Buycraft
• Fifth Place: $50 Buycraft

Note: FTOP will be paid out once per week that raiding is enabled. The amounts listed above are the total amounts we are giving away to the winners.

How do we get our payout if we win?

1. Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
2. Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

New Rule

The following new rule is being implemented for the upcoming map of Factions Onyx. Be sure to read it over thoroughly so you don't get caught out accidentally. Rules can be found here.

13.1 Hiding Value
You are not allowed to hide any value after Grace has ended. Any hidden value will be forcefully removed by the Senior Staff Team and the faction will receive 1 strike for every 250mil worth of value hidden.

Note: You may not hide more than 250mil worth of value after Grace ends. After grace ends, you will have 4 hours to place any hidden value received throughout the remainder of the map. This includes receiving value from a raid, crates, Dungeons, etc. This means that you cannot have over 250mil worth of value hidden for more than a period of 4 hours. If you do not comply then the hidden value will be forcefully removed from the world. This includes spawner wealth, personal balances, and faction balances. You cannot distribute wealth onto alt accounts whether it be spawner value, personal balances or faction balances in an attempt to hide your value. Any attempt at bypassing this rule via loopholes is not allowed and will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the Senior Staff Team.

Additional Information

Last but not least, here is some miscellaneous information:

• We will be running a Mining, Woodcutting, Fishing alongside Mycelium (Silverfish) economy.
• The map will be a no hide map in which factions are not allowed to hide over 250mil worth of value for a period of more than 4 hours.
