Skyblock: Origins Reset

Hey everyone, welcome to the Skyblock Origins reset post!

The newest map of Origins will be released this Saturday July 31st @ 1:00 PM EST / 3:00 AM AEST / 6:00 PM BST.

Outpost

Take a look at this mystical new Outpost build, an ancient enchanted tower found in the middle of a vast open space. Once bustling with activity, now waiting to be claimed once more.

Along with the new spawn, we have spent some time reworking and re-balancing the Origins economy. The new economy document can be found here:

Island Top Payouts

Skyblock Origins has weekly Payouts for the top islands. Here's what you can expect to win:

1st: $200 Paypal
2nd: $50 Paypal & $90 Buycraft
3rd: $25 Paypal & $50 Buycraft
4th: $25 Buycraft
5th: $15 Buycraft

How do we get our payout if we win?

1. Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
2. Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

Fishing Festival

Introducing the brand new Fishing Festival! This event will take place at both Safe Lake and PvP Lake every 6 hours. When the event begins, for 2 hours all of the fish that is captured there will be significantly larger in size and will sell for more Mobcoins and Money. Find out more about how you can participate in these festivals by doing /festival in-game.

Fish Traps

Fish Traps are a useful item that has been made to assist in fishing. To obtain a Fish Trap, you must either purchase it from the server store, buy it in the /Mobshop Hot Deals or by crafting it after fishing up the required crafting recipe (4x Fisherman's Net, 4x Shark Tooth, 1x Aquatic Gemstone).

When placed in your inventory after crafting, the Fish Trap will automatically catch fish for you. This means you will gain extra fish drops alongside fishing normally!

Bi-Weekly Updates

As you may know already, we release bi-weekly content updates for Skyblock. This means that you won't have to wait for updates to be added just during the resets, instead you'll see new features added every 2 weeks!
