Outlands Reset
Hello everyone! Today we are happy to announce that on Saturday August 14th @ 2:00 PM EST / 6:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM BST. we will be resetting the Outlands gamemode!
Top 5 Payouts
The map will last 3 weeks. Payouts are evaluated every Friday at 5PM EST - The 1st week after the wipe will not have payouts, only the 2nd and 3rd weeks.
Weekly Rewards:
- First Place: $150 PayPal & $120 Buycraft
- Second Place: $100 PayPal & $70 Buycraft
- Third Place: $55 Buycraft
- Forth Place: $35 Buycraft
- Fifth Place: $25 Buycraft
How do we get our payout if we win?
- Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
- Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]
Conqueror Ranking
As an incentive to not kill peaceful players (users with less than 10 hours of gameplay), you can earn Buycraft rewards for having the highest amount of points in the Conqueror ranking system.
This reward is evaluated on the last Friday of the season at 5:00PM EST.
Season Rewards:
- First Place: $30 Buycraft
- Second Place: $20 Buycraft
- Third Place: $15 Buycraft
- Forth Place: $10 Buycraft
- Fifth Place: $10 Buycraft

New Map
Introducing the brand new map for upcoming season of Outlands, which will have 6 biomes including the Middle Biome - home to the infamous Oil Rig, as well as 2 Caves and 4 Cities. We're excited for you all to play on this map, developing new base strategies with your teammates!
Take a look at the map below and begin planning where you want to build your base. The Cities are marked with yellow squares and the Caves are pink squares.
Oil Rig Outpost
In a measure to increase the usage and importance of the Middle Biome, the Oilrig Outpost will now give special bonuses to players who dominate it.
All of the Middle Biome barrels have been significantly buffed, and only players who have destroyed the Outpost will be able to open barrels inside the Middle Biome area. The Outpost can also be dominated infinitely, meaning that you don’t have to wait for the 6 hour delay anymore - you can keep destroying it for consecutive hours until someone decides to fight for it and dominate you!
Faster Codelock Raiding
We are looking to increase the pace of raiding on Outlands, making it less tedious and more enjoyable for players. When you've reached a Tool Cupboard that has an active Codelock, you won't need to wait for as long to open it compared to previously - as the time has been decreased by 50%.
We hope this change will cause players to defend their own bases differently, adding new strategies to avoid raiders reaching the Tool Cupboard area easily.
Tier 4 & 5 Blocks
Last season, players were unable to obtain or craft Tier 4 and 5 blocks, however in the upcoming season, only the crafting feature will be disabled for these limited blocks. This means that you can still find and loot Tier 4 and 5 blocks through Supply Drops and Barrels, so be sure to loot those cities if you want an extra secure base!
Clan Slots
We decided to increase the clan slots to 4 members with no upgrades, or 5 with upgrades for the new season. We look forward to seeing players adapt to being in slightly larger teams, as the last few seasons have had smaller clans.
Additional Information
- 72 hours of Grace Period.
- Tierlock period remains the same (cupboards as well).
- Significantly decreased the chance of obtaining Mythic and Legendary Kevlar.
- Fixed players being able to interact with blocks on the wood event.
- Removed the perpetual Recycler in the Middle Biome.
- Fixed issues on opening the free tiered crate obtained from Supply Drops.
- Penetration attachment will now damage armors even if it has protection stars.
- Increased the chance to obtain Impulse attachment in tiered crates.
- Increased the chance to obtain Tier 3 tools in tiered crates.
- Fixed issues on the Gladiator Event reward.
- Fixed incorrect display of 125% on the penetration attachment.
Free PvP Kit
Right after Friday’s Payout @ 6:00PM EST, any players on Outlands will receive a PvP + Building kit for FREE as a thank you for playing on the server. This Kit will contain guns, equipment, blocks and also few C4 explosives, so be sure to join and have some fun practicing your building, raiding & PvP skills before the merge! These kits will not be available after the wipe so use them while you can.
