Outlands Reset

Hello everyone! Today we are happy to announce that on Saturday, May 21st @ 2:00 PM EDT / 5:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM BST we will be resetting the Outlands gamemode!

Top 5 Payouts

The map will last 3 weeks. Payouts are evaluated every Friday at 5 PM EDT - The 1st week after the wipe will not have payouts, only the 2nd and 3rd weeks.

Weekly Rewards:

• First Place: $150 PayPal & $150 Buycraft
• Second Place: $100 PayPal & $80 Buycraft
• Third Place: $75 Buycraft
• Forth Place: $50 Buycraft
• Fifth Place: $30 Buycraft‌‌

How do we get our payout if we win?‌‌

• Set your PayPal email on the server with the command: /paypal [email]
• Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

Conqueror Ranking

As an incentive to not kill peaceful players (users with less than 10 hours of gameplay), you can earn Buycraft rewards for having the highest amount of points in the Conqueror ranking system.

This reward is evaluated on the last Friday of the season at 5:00PM EDT.

Season Rewards:

• First Place: $30 Buycraft
• Second Place: $20 Buycraft
• Third Place: $15 Buycraft
• Forth Place: $10 Buycraft
• Fifth Place: $10 Buycraft

How do we get our rewards if we win the Conqueror ranking?

• Set your Buycraft email on the server with the command: /giftcard [email]

New Clan Perk

Introducing a new clan perk that allows your clan to have an easier time when gathering cloth, as it increases the cloth multiplier by 1.25x for all clan members when activated.

To unlock this perk, your clan must win 10 Team Gladiator events, and have 500,000 clan points. Access your perks via /clan perks.

New Global Buff

This awesome new Global Buff will increase the loot that you can receive from tthe Cargo Bosses, by 15% for 4 hours! When this buff activates, round up your clan and defeat the bosses to receive increased drops.

Clan Roster

Introducing an awesome new feature that allows an additional player to be a part of your clan when someone in your clan is offline! When someone is added to your roster, they'll switch places with a player in the clan when that player is offline on Outlands, and the original player in the clan will be moved to the roster.

This means that you'll still have 3 (4 with boost) players in your clan, then 1 additional person in your roster. This does not increase the clan size as players will be swapping positions. Roster players cannot be a part of the clan when the whole clan is online.

Here's some important information regarding this new feature:

• You can only have 1 person on the roster.
• The clan leader is the only person that can add people to the roster.
• The clan leader cannot switch places with someone from the roster.
• Clan leaders can only add people to the clan roster on Saturdays, but can remove them at any time.
• Clan members and players who are on the roster list can still fight each other as they are officially not in the clan.
• A player can only be added to 1 roster at a time, and cannot be added to another clan as a roster or clan member. Additionally, if you're in a roster, you cannot make your own clan.

Quality of Life

We're always working hard to fix bugs and balance features that the community report to us. We want to make the Outlands playing experience as good as it can possibly be, and we know that some bugs are extremely frustrating. Thank you for always reporting issues to us and being patient while they're being fixed.

You can view fixed bugs in the #changelog channel on Discord. Here is a list of issues that have been resolved recently:

• Clicking a sign on a Toolcupboard block will no longer open the raid menu.
• Raid Barrier blocks will no longer blink.
• Players will now keep their inventory when disconnecting from a mine/wood world event.
• Players will now keep their inventory when disconnecting while spectating a Champions event.
• Players will now keep their inventory when disconnecting during a duel.
• Players will now have a 5 second invincibility when respawning in a KOTH event.
• Players will no longer receive KoTH rewards twice.
• The /champions menu will no longer show the top clan names before the payout has started.
• Fixed duel spectators being stuck in one of the duel spawn points; you will now be able to move around.
• Clan members can now damage each other in duels.
• Players will now be able to use Medkits properly, and will no longer be able to eat them.
• The protection star will now actually apply for 250 protection instead of 700.
• Gladiator mission progression will now track properly.
• Vehicles that have a bulletproof shield will no longer be damaged.
• Players can now break chests when standing next to them and no longer need to be standing on top.
• Vehicles will now take damage even when no one is inside of them.
• Players are now able to claim the /kits from all of the ranks they own and not just their highest rank.

Additional Information

• 72 hours of Grace Period.
• Tierlock period remains the same (cupboards as well).
• Clan size will remain the same (3, 4 with upgrade).
• Champions has been nerfed.

Free PvP Kit

Right after the Friday’s Payout, at 6:00PM EDT, any player on Outlands will be able to receive a PvP + Building kit for FREE as a thank you for playing on the server. This Kit will contain guns, equipment, blocks and also a few C4 explosives, so be sure to join and have some fun practicing your building, raiding & PvP skills for a few hours before the wipe! These kits will not be available after the wipe so use them while you can. You can expect to see some Outlands Staff Members there too!
