Most players will start out in Minecraft in a singleplayer world. However, there is much more waiting within the multiplayer section of the game. In this guide, we'll show you how to get started.
Prison Mini Map
The current season of Prison has come to an end and the realm will be reset for the Mini Map this Saturday, August 13th @ 1:00 PM EDT / 4:00 AM AEST / 6:00 PM BST.
Payouts
We have weekly payouts for Plot Top. The prizes are as follows:
- 1st: $200 Paypal
- 2nd: $50 Paypal, $90 Buycraft
- 3rd: $25 Paypal, $50 Buycraft
- 4th: $25 Buycraft
- 5th: $15 Buycraft
You can win prizes if you're in one of the top 3 places in Prestige Top. The payouts for Prestige Top are:
- 1st: $50 Paypal
- 2nd: $30 Buycraft
- 3rd: $20 Buycraft
Blocks Mined Payouts are as follows:
- 1st: $50 Paypal
- 2nd: $30 Buycraft
- 3rd: $20 Buycraft
You can view the current standings for Prestige Top and Block Mined by finding the NPCs at spawn.
Map Points
Each week, the top three teams will be given the following points:
- 1st Place - 3 Points
- 2nd Place - 2 Points
- 3rd Place - 1 Point
These will be manually given out after the payouts and strike reports for the week have been fully dealt with.
Players who are members of teams in the top 3 positions will have numbers next to their name in chat depending on what position they're in. Show off in chat that you're the best Prison player on the server!
Team Size
For the upcoming season of Prison, there will be up to 7 players per team with an opportunity to upgrade it to 9.
Mini Map Information
We will be hosting a 2-week long Mini Map whilst we prepare for the upcoming 1.18 Prison release. We want to ensure that this reset is the highest quality that it can possibly be, but we don't want to leave players without an active realm during this time.
This Mini Map will have full payouts in place, however, we will be using this short map to test out economy changes and adjustments to enchantments. Payout information can be seen earlier in this post.
The following changes are also being made for the upcoming season:
- Buffed Token amounts in fishing to re-introduce fishing as an important aspect of Prison.
- Team size is being expanded to 9 (7 without the upgrades).
- The Fortune prestige enchantment requirements are being increased.
- For this map, Tunneler will remain in the Dungeons, but it will be significantly easier to obtain from Extreme Dungeons.
- Account sharing will be allowed, it was previously disallowed.
