Prison Reset

Hello everyone, welcome to the Prison Reset post!

The current season of Prison has come an end and the realm will be resetting this Saturday February 5th 2022 @ 2:00 PM EST / 6:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM GMT.

Payouts

We have weekly payouts for Plot Top. The prizes are as follows:

• 1st: $200 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $50 Paypal, $90 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $25 Paypal, $50 Buycraft‌‌
• 4th: $25 Buycraft‌‌
• 5th: $15 Buycraft

You can win prizes if you're in one of the top 3 places in Prestige Top. The payouts for Prestige Top are:

• 1st: $50 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $30 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $20 Buycraft

Blocks Mined Payouts are as follows:

• 1st: $50 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $30 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $20 Buycraft

You can view the current standings for Prestige Top and Block Mined by finding the NPCs at spawn.

Map Points

We’ll be adding Map Points to Prison. Each week, the top three teams will be given points:

• 1st Place - 3 Points
• 2nd Place - 2 Points
• 3rd Place - 1 Point

These will be manually given out after the payouts and strike reports for the week have been fully dealt with.

Players who are members of teams in the top 3 positions will have numbers next to their name in chat depending on what position they're in. Show off in chat that you're the best Prison player on the server!

New Spawn

We're excited to show off our new chocolate and vanilla themed spawn for the upcoming Prison map, as well as the new Prestige 200 mine, take a look!

Freeworld Revamp

In the upcoming season of Prison, you can look forward to seeing a completely revamped Freeworld! We will be introducing a new story mode-like feature where players must access their challenges by visiting Townsmen (NPCs) scattered around the new Freeworld spawn.

Each member of the town will give you a unique challenge. This means that the normal set challenges will now be accessible by chatting to different NPCs. As well as the usual challenges, we have added some fun hidden side quests!

After completing all of the main challenges (Beginner, Miner, Dimension, p5, p10, p15, Lifetime, and PetReq), the Side Quest NPCs will be unlocked. These new Side Quests will be harder compared to the previous quests, however, you will unlock better rewards upon completion.

New Custom Ore Swords

Introducing the brand new Custom Ore Swords! These powerful weapons can only be wielded by those who are worthy of their power - created using only the rarest ores in all the land, using a high level of skill and dedication.

Each tier of custom ore has it's own sword that you can craft, with each tier of sword having it's own unique ability. The higher the tier of sword that you crate, the better the enchantments and abilities.

Craft your Custom Ore sword using 2 stacks of your selected ore, along with a stick. Place these items in the crafting bench like how you would craft a normal sword, with the ores being in the centre and a stick at the bottom.

Ruby
- Enchantments: Sharp IV, Fire Aspect II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (Blazer): Spawns a Blaze with 500% health (1% activation rate)

Topaz
- Enchantments: Sharp V, Fire Aspect II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (Sludge): Gives enemy slowness 1 for 3 seconds when activated (1% activation rate)

Platinum
- Enchantments: Sharp V, Knockback II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (HardHitter): Gives user strength 3 for 3 seconds (right-click to activate, 3 minute cooldown)

Cobalt
- Enchantments: Sharp V, Knockback II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (Man-Of-Steel): Activate for your sword to absorb 15% more damage while sneaking for 10 seconds (right-click to activate, 5 minute cooldown)
- If you stop sneaking during activation, the ability should immediately deactivate and the cooldown should begin

Opal
- Enchantments: Sharp V, Knockback II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (FlameThrower): Activate to shoot 3 fireballs at your enemies (right-click to activate, 3 minute cooldown)

Uranium
- Enchantments: Sharp VI, Fire Aspect II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (Teleporter): Sneak for 2 seconds and you will automatically throw an ender pearl in the direction you are facing (Activates after you sneak for a full 2 seconds, 5-minute cooldown)
-  This ability will activate even if you don’t have an ender pearl in your inventory, and does not affect regular ender pearling

Moonstone
- Enchantments: Sharp VI Fire Aspect II, Unbreaking III
- Ability (Web Shooter): Chance to create a cobweb at an enemy’s feet when fighting them (activation rate is 1%)

Enchant Changes

There have been a number of changes that have been made to enchantments on Prison to make it more balanced.

• Removed the Upgrader Bow, re-adding the Upgrader Pickaxe. The Upgrader Pickaxe will upgrade the blocks around you as you mine!

EnchantBooster Enchant
This brand new enchantment will be accessible to players who reach the P100 mine and above. When it activates, it causes all of the other enchantments you are currently using to have a 2x activation rate for 30 seconds. This means that during this time, your enchantments are twice as likely to activate compared to normal!

Introducing CandyLand

This brand new area is home to hundreds of rare, soft Cotton Candy trees, and shearing their leaves could give you rewards! See it for yourself using the /candyland command, but in order to harvest these special trees, you must use the new Custom Shears!

To create your own Custom Shears, you must place 2 stacks of your selected ore diagonally in a crafting table, like how you would normally create shears in vanilla Minecraft.

The enchantments of each Custom Shear are as follows:

• Ruby: Efficiency 4 Haste 3
• Topaz: Efficiency 4 Haste 4
• Platinum: Efficiency 5 Haste 4
• Cobalt: Efficiency 5 Haste 5
• Opal: Efficiency 6 Haste 5
• Uranium: Efficiency 7 Haste 5
• Moonstone: Efficiency 8 Haste 5

Additional Changes

Last but not least, here are a couple of miscellaneous changes that have been made to certain features on Prison:

• We are changing teams/plot sizes to be a maximum of 7 players.
• Changed the Prestige 125 mine to become the Prestige 150 mine.
• Added a shiny new Prestige 200 mine.
• Introducing a brand new crate that contains the standard level 1 pets. The crate is only obtainable in-game and cannot be purchased from the server store. Currently, you can obtain them from CandyLand and Side Quests.
