Hello everyone, welcome to the Prison Reset post!

The current season of Prison has come an end and the realm will be resetting this Saturday November 27th at 2:00 PM EST / 5:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM BST.

Payouts

We have weekly payouts for Plot Top. The prizes are as follows:

• 1st: $200 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $50 Paypal, $90 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $25 Paypal, $50 Buycraft‌‌
• 4th: $25 Buycraft‌‌
• 5th: $15 Buycraft

You can win prizes if you're in one of the top 3 places in Prestige Top. The payouts for Prestige Top are:

• 1st: $50 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $30 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $20 Buycraft

Blocks Mined Payouts are as follows:

• 1st: $50 Paypal‌‌
• 2nd: $30 Buycraft‌‌
• 3rd: $20 Buycraft

You can view the current standings for Prestige Top and Block Mined by finding the NPCs at spawn.

Map Points

We’ll be adding Map Points to Prison. Each week, the top three teams will be given points:

• 1st Place - 3 Points
• 2nd Place - 2 Points
• 3rd Place - 1 Point

These will be manually given out after the payouts and strike reports for the week have been fully dealt with.

Players who are members of teams in the top 3 positions will have numbers next to their name in chat depending on what position they're in. Show off in chat that you're the best Prison player on the server!

New Builds

We've got some awesome new builds for you all to see in the upcoming season of Prison, including a new Prestige 125 mine for those high achieving players out there, as well as new Private Mine builds! Take a look:

Pet Follower Ability Update

We've made a number of changes to pets and their follower abilities, which includes introducing new abilities, and adjusting the percentage chance for abilities to activate.

• Axolotl - Blocks a random enchantment from effecting you
  - Level 1 - 0.5% Chance to Steal Enchant for 3s
  - Level 2 - 0.875% Chance to Steal Enchant for 3s
  - Level 3 - 1.25% Chance to Steal Enchant for 4s
  - Level 4 - 1.625% Chance to Steal Enchant for 5s
  - Level 5 - 2% Chance to Steal Enchant for 6s
  - Level 6 - 2.375% Chance to Steal Enchant for 7s
  - Level 7 - 2.75% Chance to Steal Enchant for 8s
  
• Crab - Follower Ability - percent chance to paralyse an opponent
  - Level 1 - 2.5%

Pet Armour Revamp

We've made some changes to existing Pet Armor by improving effects and abilities, making them more viable in day-to-day life on Prison.

• Axolotl
  - 1 piece: Speed 1
  - 2 pieces: Strength 1
  - 3 pieces: Resistance 1
  - Full set bonus: +25% chance to catch more than one fish
  
• Crab
  - 1 pieces: Strength 1
  - 2 pieces: Resistance 1
  - 3 pieces: Resistance 2 (30 seconds on, 30 seconds off)
  - Full set bonus: Chance to trap opponent in “Crab Claw” preventing them from moving for 5 seconds. 3 minute cooldown
  
• Dinosaur
  - 1 pieces: Fire Resistance 1
  - 2 pieces: Resistance 1
  - 3 pieces: Regeneration 1
  - Full set bonus: Chance to make an enemy bleed, 20s, 2m cooldown
  
• Dragon
  - 1 pieces: 1.15x Sell Booster
  - 2 pieces: 1.3x Sell Booster
  - 3 pieces: 1.5x Sell Booster
  - Full set bonus: Chance to hit the mine with a fireball (Crater would be 50 x 50, with a depth of 6 with a gentle gradient for depth)
  
• Frog
  - 1 pieces: Candy Duration Increased 10%
  - 2 pieces: Candy Duration Increased 20%
  - 3 pieces: Candy Duration Increased 30%
  - Full set bonus: Gives the wearer jump boost 8 (~9 blocks high jump)
  
• Hotdog
  - 1 pieces: +25% Token Booster
  - 2 pieces: +50% Token Booster
  - 3 pieces: + 75% Token Booster
  - Full set bonus: % chance to give token/money pouches
  
• Penguin (ability affects Token gain not Candy gain)
  - 1 pieces: 1.25x Gain from selling fish
  - 2 pieces: 1.5x Gain from selling fish
  - 3 pieces: 2x Gain from selling fish
  - Full set bonus: Increased chance to fish up a Treasure Chest (during Fishing Festival)
  
• Raccoon
  - 1 pieces: Chance to pickup a Key whilst Mining
  - 2 pieces: Better chance to pickup a Key whilst Mining
  - 3 pieces: Best chance to pickup a key whilst mining
  - Full set bonus: Chance to find additional random items whilst mining
  
• Shroom
  - 1 pieces: Speed 3
  - 2 pieces: Regeneration 2
  - 3 pieces: Resistance 1
  - Full set bonus: Allows the use of special Runes to gain active or passive bonuses

Pet Changes

Introducing Shiny Pets! These rare pets are hard to find, but are worth trying to catch as they are even better than normal pets! With just a 1/100 chance of spawning in place of a regular pet, you'll have to keep your eyes peeled when searching for them in the Freeworld.

When caught, your Shiny Pet will give you 2x the maximum yield of each Pet Ranch reward. As well as this, you can only combine Shiny Pets with other Shiny Pets, not regular pets.

The Arcade

The Casino has been completely revamped and renamed, turning it into a super fun, competitive, multiplayer minigames hub! Team up with your friends or go up against opponents in the new minigames to receive rewards.

There are 6 new minigames, take a look at what you can expect from 3 of them below. To find out what the other minigames are, you'll need to see them in-game for yourself when the new season begins!

- Horse Racing
Place your money on which horse you think will win the race! In this awesome new game, you can actually see the horses riding down the track in real time, all racing each other to the finish line.

As an added bonus, the player who has received the most money from Horse Racing at the end of the season, will get their very own horse named after them in the game the following season! You will be able to place money and race this special horse like any of the normal horses.

- Mob Battles
Ever wondered what would happen if a Silverfish fought a Wither? Here's your chance to find out in the new minigame Mob Battles! In each round, 2 new mobs will spawn, ready to fight. Players will be able to place money on which fighter they think will win the epic battle. The winner is a 50/50 chance, so it doesn't matter how big or small the mob is, anyone can win!

- Bow Boost Battles
Show off your Bow-boosting skills and race solo against an opponent, or boost along with a friend in the duo mode in the new Bow Boost Battles game!

Free For All

Due to popular demand, we are reintroducing the Free For All event on Prison! In this new and improved FFA, there will be a rotating cycle of kits that are used in the event. This change keeps it more exciting for players who take part in this event regularly, as you won't have the same kit over and over again. Some examples of kits are:

- Pet Armor
- Archer
- Diamond OCN
- MCSG
- Build UHC
- and more!

Fishing Festival Changes

Players who finish in the top 3 positions in the Fishing Festival (The Champion and Platinum divisions), are now guaranteed a reward. These rewards include a guaranteed Treasure Chest for each position, and a special tag for the Champion of each Fishing Festival. Note: Once you've received your special tag, you won't be able to win it again (for example, you will not get a paper version you can sell).

Gkit Changes

We will be removing the Candy Farmer enchantment and GKit, and will be replacing it with a new and exciting GKit called Pet Tamer! This unique kit will give the user random pets of differing levels with a 5 day cooldown.

• When you first use the kit (per map) you will receive 5 random pets with the levels 1 - 3.
• The second time you use the kit, and every additional time you use it (per map) you will receive 5 random pets with the levels 4 - 7.

Anyone with the currently owns the CandyFarmer GKit will automatically have access to the Pet Tamer Gkit when the reset takes place this weekend!

Balancing Updates

• Last map we buffed Jolly Ranchers, in the interest of making other candies relevant. After seeing how they were used and how effective they were, we will be returning these candies to their original 3x3x3 area of effect.
• We are speeding up the growth rate of Candy Seeds when planted. This means this it should take approximately 5 minutes to grow seeds in loaded chunks.
• Refreshers Candies are being removed from the game as this effect is now a pet Follower Ability.
• The proc/activation rate of Key Acquirer and Bomb Miner has been buffed.
• We are reducing the Block Mined requirement for upgrading Private Mines between sizes. This will go from:
  - Small -> Medium: 500k changed to 100k
  - Medium -> Large: 1.75m changed to 500k
• The radius of Atomic Warheads area of effect has been increased
• The cooldowns of various candies have been increased to incorporate a different Candy cycle into mining
• The spawn rate of pets in Freeworld has been increased

Additional Changes

• We’ve revamped the Freeworld and Archon Pass with brand new challenges and rewards
• We’ll be removing MoonStone Shards as a drop from Moonstone Golems
• Riots will occur more often, on a fixed timeframe
• Implemented new tags into the Casino Crate and EXPShop

Thanksgiving Crate

The limited time Thanksgiving Crate will be available from now until Monday November 29th at 4AM EST so be a part of the joyous celebrations and grab one while you can! You can find it in the crate keys category on shop.thearchon.net.

Your Thanksgiving Crate could contain a special Chicken disguise, Pickaxe cosmetics, the highly desirable Turkey Rank or the GobbleGobble or Pilgrim titles!

Turkey Rank

The Turkey Rank is exclusively obtained from the Thanksgiving Crate, so you can’t get it anywhere else! The Turkey rank has the equivalent perks of rank 4, in addition to the exclusive Turkey tag cosmetic.

You can use /prefix to change your tab and chat prefix to one of your currently owned limited rank tags. Use this to proudly show off your Turkey rank in chat for everyone to see!
