The new 1.19 update was recently released. Choose from a list of Minecraft servers to start playing on now. In this guide, we'll answer common questions and show you how to get started.
Prison Reset
The current season of Prison has come to an end and the realm will be resetting this Saturday July 2nd @ 2:00 PM EDT / 5:00 AM AEST / 7:00 PM BST.
Payouts
We have weekly payouts for Plot Top. The prizes are as follows:
- 1st: $200 Paypal
- 2nd: $50 Paypal, $90 Buycraft
- 3rd: $25 Paypal, $50 Buycraft
- 4th: $25 Buycraft
- 5th: $15 Buycraft
You can win prizes if you're in one of the top 3 places in Prestige Top. The payouts for Prestige Top are:
- 1st: $50 Paypal
- 2nd: $30 Buycraft
- 3rd: $20 Buycraft
Blocks Mined Payouts are as follows:
- 1st: $50 Paypal
- 2nd: $30 Buycraft
- 3rd: $20 Buycraft
You can view the current standings for Prestige Top and Block Mined by finding the NPCs at spawn.
Map Points
Each week, the top three teams will be given the following points:
- 1st Place - 3 Points
- 2nd Place - 2 Points
- 3rd Place - 1 Point
These will be manually given out after the payouts and strike reports for the week have been fully dealt with.
Players who are members of teams in the top 3 positions will have numbers next to their name in chat depending on what position they're in. Show off in chat that you're the best Prison player on the server!
Team Size
For the upcoming season of Prison, there will be up to 5 players per team with an opportunity to upgrade it to 7.
We are also implementing the Account Sharing rule with NO IP LIMITER. This rule will be strictly enforced by the Prison DQ Team, and there will be once a week log checks to make sure this rule is not broken by any competitive plots.
New Builds
After hours of trekking, you stumble across a luscious green jungle just ripe with life. Upon further inspection of your surroundings, you find that this mysterious place is filled with beasts that should have long been extinct. Their war cries fill your ears, and you can't help but feel both awestruck, and terrified.
As well as a new spawn and warzone, you can look forward to using the new Courtyard plot build! This timeless build is just a perfect place to set up at the start of the new season.
Sell Boosters
Sell Boosters have been on Prison for a very long time, and are obtainable in many different ways. After much discussion, we will be removing Sell Boosters from Prison entirely - we feel as though Sell Boosters inflate the economy too much, which allows progression to happen at an increased rate.
You can still look forward to using all of the other boosters that are available on Prison, and we hope that without Sell Boosters, players won't reach end-game too quickly.
Auto-miner
Many players felt as though Auto-miners were not worth the time, however we believe that these balancing changes will put them in a new light. Auto-miners' storage has now been dramatically increased, and the sell prices have been readjusted to give increased amounts per sale.
Money Games
We've spent some time overhauling how the /Lottery system works on Prison - the price of tickets and entry amounts has been increased, which makes taking part in the Lottery more enjoyable than before. Take the risk, you could be in for a chance to win the big bucks!
As well as this, we are re-introducing Coinflips to Prison - play against the server or other players in this 50/50 game of chance! Try it for yourself via /coinflip.
Additional Changes
Last but not least, here are a number of miscellaneous changes:
- Added the command /cl as a shorter version of /candyland.
- The /EXP shop and /help menu have been revamped to include new items, a new and improved look, some new EXP shop tags and updated information.
