When you access the Game Server, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your Minecraft username, IP address and location data. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Account Information.”
How we collect Account Information:
From You: We collect information from you when you create an account to use the Services, contact us for help, make purchases in our store or transact with us, submit content in a forum or chat area, or otherwise voluntarily provide your information. We also automatically collect Usage Data when you interact with the Services.
From Our Service Providers: Third parties that assist us with our Game Server also collect information (including Location Data) about you through the Services and share it with us. For example, our vendors collect and share information with us to help us detect and prevent fraud.

We use the Account Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and cheating (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Game Server (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Game Server, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
How we share your personal information:
When You Consent: We may share information with third parties if you have given us your consent to do so.
To Perform Services: We may disclose Account Information to third parties in order to perform services requested or functions initiated by users. In addition, we may disclose information in order to identify a user in connection with communications sent through the Services.
With Third-Party Service Providers Performing Services On Our Behalf: We share Account Information with our service providers to perform the functions for which we engage them (such as hosting and data analyses). We may share information as needed to operate other related services.
For Legal Purposes: We will disclose Account Information as we deem necessary to respond to a subpoena, regulation, binding order of a data protection agency, governmental request or other legal or regulatory process.

When you access the Game Server, we will maintain your Account Information for as long as we reasonably need it to fullfill the purposes for which it was collected.
We maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Account Information from accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure, or use and other unlawful forms of processing.
The Game Server is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. In the event we learn that we collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If parents or guardians believe that we have unintentionally collected their children’s personal information, they may request the deletion of the information by contacting us.
